Your PerfectCard may be used wherever MasterCard® cards are accepted - that is over 32 million locations worldwide.
How does my PerfectCard work?
You swipe your PerfectCard along the reader and sign for your goods. You can use your PerfectCard as many times as you like until the expiry date printed on the front of the card or up to the amount available on the card. As the card is used, the amount of each purchase is automatically deducted from the card's available balance.
Are there any fees associated with using the PerfectCard?
Not for the first 12 months, by which stage most people have used their cards so you have plenty of time to spend your Gift Card without incurring a fee. From month 13 there is a monthly service fee of €3. This will be deducted from the card's available balance.
Does the PerfectCard have an expiration date?
Yes, the expiration date (mm/yy) is printed on the front of your card. Your Gift Card will not be accepted by merchants beyond this date. This is similar to lottery tickets, bus tickets and paper vouchers, most of which expire in 6 to 12 months.
What happens if there are still funds available when my PerfectCard expires?
If there are funds still available on your PerfectCard Gift Card you can write to us and request a cheque for your remaining balance. You must include a postal address and your PerfectCard Gift Card number. We charge a €7.50 administration fee to refund remaining balances.
Will the gift recipient receive a statement?
No, a statement will not be received. You can check your balance any time on-line on LINK TO CHECK BALANCE PAGE or 24/7, on 1850 496 496.
Does my PerfectCard have a PIN?
Your PerfectCard does not have a PIN. On receipt of your PerfectCard please sign the back. You will be asked to sign for all purchases at the point of sale.
Can I reload my PerfectCard?
At the present moment in time, the cards can only be loaded once
How do I know the balance on my PerfectCard?
You can check your balance any time on-line on www.perfectcard.ie or 24/7, on 1850 496 496* or by texting PFC BALANCE and your 16 digit card number to 57887*

If my PerfectCard is lost or stolen, can it been replaced?
Yes! Unlike cash or paper! If your PerfectCard is lost or stolen and you know the 16 digit card number, please contact the shopping centre sales desk or phone us immediately on 1850 496 496. You will need your Gift Card number on hand. After answering a few questions, we can cancel your Gift Card and arrange for a replacement. A €7.50 fee will be deducted from the remaining balance on your card.
