About Our Cards - How it Works
Our PerfectCard prepaid MasterCard® products look like a debit card and can be used to purchase items like a debit card. When you present it for payment the merchant swipes it through their normal payments card machine. If the funds are available on the card, the payment is authorised and you sign the receipt. Simple.
Our cards can be used to make purcahses up to the value of money loaded onto the card at time of purchase, there is no per transaction fee. You can use the card as many times as you like until there are no further funds or the expiry date printed on the front of the card is reached. Each time, the value of each purchase is automatically deducted from the card's available balance. Depending on the type of card a monthly service fee may apply.
If the card is lost or stolen with a balance remaining, you can cancel the card and order a replacement for a nominal fee. Please contact us on 1850 496 496.
