How to Register for an on-line account
Setting up your PerfectCard on-line account is simple.
Just make sure you have your mobile to hand as we will send you an SMS as part of the process. Go to my.perfectcard.io, select No Account Yet? ‘Register’.
Complete the required information. We will send you an email to confirm your registration with a link to complete the process. You’ll be up and running in no time.
What can be Managed Online
Request your PIN.
View current balance and recent transaction details (past 6 months)
Suspend your card if you do not know where it is.
Report your card lost or stolen.
Update your contact details.
Change your password
Request Your Pin
To request your PIN you will need to have first registered your mobile. Click ‘Request PIN’ and it will be sent to your mobile number.
View current balance and recent transaction details
Your balance will be displayed as soon as you login. To see recent transactions, simply click on ‘Card Details’.
Suspending Your Card
If you temporarily misplace your card, for your own piece of mind, you can suspend it which means no payment requests will be approved. Don’t forget to unsuspend your card once you have located it.
Report your card lost or stolen
Most unfortunate when this happens, simply click ‘Report card lost’. Your card will be immediately blocked and a new blank card posted out to you. Once you confirm receipt of the new card by adding it to your on-line account, the funds from the old card will transfer.
Update Your Contact Details
To update you details, click on your name in the top right hand corner to enter ‘Manage your account’.
The most crucial information to keep up to date is your email address. This is our main method for contacting you.
To add your mobile phone, make sure you have it at hand. Once you have entered your number we will SMS you a code to verify the mobile number is correct.
If you are replacing a lost card make sure your postal address is where you would like the replacement card to be sent.
